1. You will need to have a V.92 modem. Most, if not all, computers sold in the last 2 years will have a V.92 modem already installed. If your modem is not V.92 compliant, you can purchase one for $30.00 or less at any electronics or computer store. It is also possible that your modem will support V.92 with software updates, so be sure to check with Support to see if it can be updated.

2. To take advantage of Modem on Hold you will need to have Call Waiting.

3. You will need to have Caller ID to take advantage of the Caller ID feature.

As long as you satisfy the above qualifications, you should be set and ready for V.92.
