2) Must be a LOCL.net customer for at least 3 months
3) Customers that already have an agreement or contract for services are ineligible.
4) Not eligible in conjunction with any other promotion.
5) Dial-Up and non-contract DSL customers only.
6) Customers must pay for one year of LOCL.net service in advance to receive the 2 months for free.
7) While we're not sure when we'll end this program, "limited time offer" still applies. So, whether it lasts a month or 3, it's got a shelf life. So, it's in your best interest to sign up early.
