Whether buying or selling, Team Wilson can help. Patricia has been around the real estate business her whole life. Her father was the owner of a CENTURY 21 franchise, past president of the Fort Wayne Board of Realtors and long time appraiser. Though now retired from the real estate industry, he continues to be an excellent role model and mentor. Patricia received her real estate Sales Associate license in 1992 and immediately pursued a Brokers license which she received one year later. Patricia continued studying her trade and obtained her Indiana Real Estate Instructing credentials in 1995. She has been teaching pre-licensing courses at the Troyer Real Estate School and is currently substitute teaching there. Ken has been in real estate development since 1986 which helped to make a natural transition when obtaining his salespersons license in 1997. Team Wilson has expanded together to offer a complete array of services within the real estate industry. Ken and Patricia are both active members of the Fort Wayne Area Association of Realtors, Indiana Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, they abide by a strict Code of Ethics and are proud to carry the designation of "Realtor". Ken & Patricia are affiliated with CENTURY 21 Bradley Realty, Inc., which is ranked the #3 office in the USA based on total units in the CENTURY 21® System. |
