A man secretly indicted by a Williams County grand jury on April 23 made his initial appearance in Williams County Common Pleas Court Monday. Danny L. Koch, 203 E. Main St., Alvordton, appeared on charges of fraudulent actions concerning vehicle identification, receiving stolen property, theft and possessing criminal tools, each a fifth-degree felony.
