PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: CURE SCHEDULE: (70F)

Northern WBES is a Pot life - 1 gallon volume…1.0-1.05 hours

component plus aggregate water based epoxy tack free (dry to touch)…5-8 hours

skidproofer that exhibits characteristics for recoat or topcoat…7-10 hours

chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and light foot traffic…16-24 hours

substrate penetration rivalling solvent based full cure (heavy traffic)…2-7 days

products.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:

RECOMMENDED FOR: 55-90 degrees F with relative humidity below 75%

Recommended for skidproofing of concrete.

This product is suitable for bare foot traffic VISCOSITY:

such as in locker rooms, plants, or other Mixed = 1,700-2,500 cps (including aggregate)

SHELF LIFE: * For best results use a 1/4 nap roller

1 year in unopened container. * Slab on grade requires moisture barrier.

* Substrate temperature must be 5 F above dew point.

FINISH CHARACTERS: * All new concrete must be cured for at least 30 days.

Satin gloss non-slip skidproof texture * Product color will vary from batch to batch.

Therefore, use only product from the same batch for

ABRASION RESISTANCE: an entire job location.

Taber abrasor CS-17 calibrase wheel with 1000 gram * Light or bright colors (off white ect.) may require

total load and 500 cycles = 54 mg loss multiple costs or a topcoat to achieve a satisfactory

hide, depending on the substrate.
