PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
NIF HSEP is a two component 93% solids colored, 97% clear epoxy primer designed for applications where a high solids primer is needed before applying high solids of 100% solids topcoats for buildcoats over concrete.

RECOMMENDED FOR: concrete, wood , masonry

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR:
exposure to outdoor conditions or applications to damp concrete. This product is not light stable.

SPECIFYING INFORMATION:

V.O.C. INFORMATION : The mixed v.o.c. = 79 lb. =/- 0.2 per gallon; Part A v.o.c. = .14 lb. per gallon; part B v.o.c. = 2.1 lb. per gallon.

SOLIDS BY WEIGHT: 93% COLOR, 97% CLEAR

RECOMMENDED FILM THICKNESS: 6-12 mils

THEORETICAL COVERAGE PER KIT:

399-801 sq.ft.

COLORS: light gray, red, blue, green, dark gray, brown, off white, black and special colors are available upon request.

FINISH: gloss ( 60 degrees = 60, 20 degrees = 42)

MIX RATIO: 1 Gallon part A to .50 gallon part B by volume. 12 pounds part A to 4.05 pounds part B by weight.

PACKAGING INFORMATION: 3 gallon kit = 32.1 pounds net. 15 gallon kit.

Unless preceded by a minus sign, the figures represent a weight gain. A weight loss indicates leaching and is signified Bu a minus sign. Absorption and leaching occurs to some degree simultaneously in all testing. Testing was carried out on a disc 1.75" n diameter and .02" thick.
